It has helped me with my posture a lot. I now realize I poke my stomach out, not sure why but I do. It also took a while to get used to wearing it as you might feel kind of odd. BUT! You will get past it. I even wear them, yes I have several, to the gym. I no longer worry about hanging out and or getting crushed when I move and I'm an average size guy, if you get my drift.I prefer the Compression body suite, black in color, to the Compression Tank suite. I'm to light skinned for the white, which I have 2 of, they are a little sheer and the picture should have been my hint. I will say, if you don't mind an extra minute to close up, the tank suite is surprising comfortable and NO restrictions. I have 4 and 3 have snaps in the front and 1 is Velcro and not my favorite to wear. AND,... In short, I felt like a sack of panty hose filled with cottage cheese. Anyway, I purchased this in the hopes that it would help hold some skin in while I wore a suit. Fortunately it did. I love this garmet and you would too if it's for what I'm using it for.If you are overweight and want something to make you look thinner it *might* help, but as far as loose skin I can tell you it does. John and the other people at underworks are awesome and took the time to help me find the best match for my situation. I wasn't sure how it was going to fit or if it was going to have comfort but it felt good. I'm a bigger and tall guy and wanted something more then a shirt because I have plenty of those but the shirts sometimes ride up the front and I hated fixing it. It's hard to find one of those shirts that you can tuck and it not ride when your big and tall all at the sometime. So I bought one of these and it feels great. It tucks and holds things in just right. I ordered a XL and it's very snug but I can breath lol but I'll order a couple more but in a XXL, if they have them.It has a zipper in the back for "BM's" and a kangaroo like opening in the front to voiding and a mesh like breathing area in between your legs for more of a comfort.
